Front Step Loans ("Front Step," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit frontsteploans.com or submit a request through our site (the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Front Step Loans is a trade name (DBA) of Vizy Marketing LLC. References to "Front Step," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy mean Vizy Marketing LLC, doing business as Front Step Loans. Front Step Loans provides a free online service that helps consumers explore personal loan options.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a request, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and ZIP code
• Your requested loan amount and loan purpose
• Financial details such as annual income, pay frequency, employment status, estimated credit card and loan balances, home ownership status, and self-reported credit rating
• Your consent choices, including the date, time, and wording of any consent you provide

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters and click IDs. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including those provided by advertising and analytics partners such as Meta, to measure and improve our advertising.

Information from others. We and 27 Financial LLC and its affiliated companies may obtain information about you from consumer reporting agencies, such as a soft credit report, to evaluate your request. A soft credit inquiry does not affect your credit score.

3. How we use your information

• To process your request and find loan options that may fit your needs
• To contact you by email, phone, or text message about your request and related loan products, as permitted by your consent and applicable law
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
• To measure and improve our marketing and advertising
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations

4. How we share your information

We share your information in the following ways:

• Affiliated companies. We share the information you provide with 27 Financial LLC and its affiliated companies, which review your loan request and contact you about it.
• Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run the Services, such as hosting, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, and advertising providers.
• Advertising partners. We may share device and usage information with advertising platforms to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or the rights of others, or prevent fraud.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Text messaging data is never shared. None of the sharing described in this section includes text messaging (SMS) opt-in data or consent. See Section 5.

Sharing device and usage information with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws. See your choices below.

5. Calls and text messages

If you provide your phone number and consent, Front Step Loans and 27 Financial LLC and its affiliated companies may call you about your loan request, including calls made with automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voice. Text messages are sent only by Front Step Loans, as described below. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Text messages (SMS). If you check the separate, optional text message box on our application, Front Step Loans sends text messages about your loan request, such as follow-ups, appointment reminders, and responses to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and reply HELP for help. You can also email privacy@frontsteploans.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the messaging platform that delivers our texts, is permitted.

You can ask us to stop calling you at any time by telling the caller or contacting us using the information below.

6. Your choices

• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email us at privacy@frontsteploans.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required by law.
• Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how the Services work.

7. Notice to California and other state residents

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Access and receive a copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2 (identifiers, financial and employment information, internet activity, and inferences) for the purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

To make a request, email privacy@frontsteploans.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Some information we collect may be covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and handled under that law instead.

8. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, and consent-recordkeeping requirements.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
